Eclectone Records head honcho and Crossing Guards frontman Martin Devaney, a.k.a. the unofficial mayor of St. Paul, lording over his kingdom. The mayor is celebrating his 30th birthday this weekend with Big Trouble, Satellite Voices, and Puppies and Trains at the 501 Club in Minneapolis. That's right, the unofficial mayor of St. Paul is celebrating his birthday in Minneapolis. We don't get it either, but we'll take the excuse to post this redonk flyer.
