Simon & Garfunkel postpone Xcel show

​Iconic folk duo Simon & Garfunkel were scheduled to perform at the Xcel Energy Center on May 8, but are postponing the show due to "a vocal strain recently sustained by Art Garfunkel" until Monday, July 12.

"In an effort to provide the highest quality performance for their audience, Paul & Art decided it would be best to move the scheduled concert dates," says their press representative. "The dates have been rescheduled to allow for an adequate period of rest and rehabilitation, after which Art is expected to make a complete recovery."
