Communist Daughter perform for City of Music

​For this week's City of Music session, MPLS.TV ventured out to Prescott, Wisconsin to hang with Communist Daughter. The video was filmed on the roof of the Boxcar, the restaurant lead singer Johnny Solomon owns (and which we wrote about in our feature of the band earlier this year). "We got set up just in time to catch the setting sun, which was pretty sweet," says producer Dan Huiting, "and there are lyrics in the song about the sun going down... serendipity?"
