Gayngs drop video from First Avenue prom show

Here's your chance to re-live the glory of the "Last Prom on Earth" at First Avenue this past May (or, perhaps, get a clearer view of what the show was like if your memory is a bit hazy): Gayngs just debuted a new video on Pitchfork of the band performing "Gaudy Side of Town" in Minneapolis, and it's rife with shots of prom attendees and familiar faces. If you weren't at the show, it's a nice glimpse at how remarkably well the band pulled off the album's aesthetic in the live setting, complete with Justin Vernon singing through an Auto-Tuned mic.
