It's a roundabout local nod, but we'll take it: It was announced this week that Robert Plant has been nominated for a "Best Solo Rock Vocal Performance" Grammy for his cover of Duluth trio Low's song "Silver Rider," one of two Low covers on Plant's new record, Band of Joy. His record, which also includes a cover of "Monkey," was also nominated for Best Americana Album.

The full list of nominations have been posted to the Grammy site; the awards ceremony will take place on February 13.
