Sheridan Fox brings the 'Calm Down Show' to the Red Stag tonight

​You could sit at home and watch the big game stuffing your face and thanking the heavens you aren't one of those braving the cold to cheer on the hope dwindled Vikings live in the chilling flesh at TCF Stadium. You could be a Snowy McSnowerton and bitch about the weather all night. Or you could stick with that holiday party momentum and hit the Red Stag tonight for a mellow evening of music courtesy of His Mischief frontman Sheridan Fox and his "Calm Down Show."

Known for rousing good old indie rock and roll with his band, Sheridan has a grasp on hooky and melodic sing-songery with a penchant for combining slackerism with a sexy style that becomes even more evident when it's just him and his guitar.

On a night that could easily just be spent inside, this is a good chance to invite those out-of-town friends out, gawk at the potentially downtrodden TCF Stadium traffic and rejoice within the cozy comforts and warmth in Northeast Minneapolis with Mr. Fox and whatever it may be he has up his sleeve. With no cover and late night happy hour specials to entice anyone near, it's a tough plan to top for local music fans.
