Hastings 3000 performs for MN Original

​Highlighted as one of the Best New Bands of 2010 at tonight's showcase at First Ave, Hastings 3000 is perhaps one of the most enigmatic musicians to emerge locally this past year. He has made a name for himself with his incendiary, multi-instrumental freakouts, always clad in an eerie, antelope-like gas mask. And tonight, he will keep that mysterious element alive as he performs live via Skype at the showcase from Hawaii, where he is currently on tour.

In advance of tonight's show, the fine folks at MN Original sent over this clip of Hastings 3000 performing at Shuga Records back in May of 2010. Enjoy.
