Tapes 'n Tapes offer up another track, plan in-store and listening party

​With the release of their third album, Outside, only a week away, Tapes 'n Tapes are offering up another free track, "Badaboom."

The band is planning a couple of special parties in town on the day of their album release, which is this coming Tuesday, January 11: They will perform an in-store at the Electric Fetus at 7 p.m., immediately followed by a listening party at Nick and Eddie with DJ Mike 2600.

"Badaboom" is decidedly more pensive and slow-burning than their first single, "Freak Out," and is the opening track on their new album.
