Purest Spiritual Pigs make-up show tonight at the Bryant-Lake Bowl
Seventeen inches of snow couldn't stop a rare performance from Purest Spiritual Pigs in December--it just caused a two month delay. On Thursday, February 10, the performance arts group will play a make-up date at Bryant-Lake Bowl Theater.
The musical project is the brainchild of Helena Thompson. While the cd, Body Misses, incorporates an atmospheric-industrial tinge, the live show is an entirely different scope. The ever-expanding roster pulls in conceptual, visual, and interpretive arts to amass an encompassing piece of performance art, delivered in three acts.
Additional information about the show can be found in our December, pre-snowstorm coverage.
