Uptown Bar's relocation dead in the water

• Bloodys were good, breakfast was horrible. I mean, awful. They were only good when you were 24 years old and you pounded a 1/5 of whiskey the night before. There are plenty of other good bars in Mpls. Can we move on?

• Yeah, why would anybody want huge delicious breakfasts that rock and the best bloodys in town? Who would ever want that back?

• Uptown, as an idea is already dead...why would you want the bar back? Wouldn't be the same.

• all members of the met council should be fired and replaced with people who live and thrive in the city. why on earth would minneapolis need people to come in from out side when it boasts the most residents. Bring back local business and neighborhood bars, its what everyone wants anyhoo. Uptown is a waste of space, even the hipsters feel out of place

• Uptown sure is a better place with an Apple store and a Columbia/Northwhatever the fuck store.

• really doesn't matter. the charm up uptown is long gone anyway. just another building for douchbag todds to annoy the rest of civilization.

• Apparently, loosing money on an empty commercial space for 3+ years is much more lucrative than allowing someone to rent it.
