Volcano Choir announces rare Twin Cities show

​Let's face it: Justin Vernon is a busy guy. In addition to laying down the tracks for his new Bon Iver record, he's also recently spent some time chilling with Kanye and helping him record his 2010 smash, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, brought his side project, Volcano Choir, to Japan for a tour with Collections of Colonies of Bees, and toured the East Coast and headed down to the Austin City Limits festival with Gayngs.

So we're not really that surprised that Volcano Choir haven't made it back to the Twin Cities for a while, nor are we surprised that their gig at the Cedar Cultural Center next month will be one of only two shows they have planned in the US.

But what would surprise us is if this show doesn't sell out pretty darn quick.
