Dada Trash Collage was nothing short of prolific in 2010. After releasing a Rain War EP and the full-lengths Neighbors and Cool Waves Bad Days the recent Twin Cities expat has continued his insane level of productivity in 2011 by unleashing a brand new 7-inch with Bear Ears entitled Looking At The Ground.
|Looking At The Ground cover art|
collaboration appears to be only a small part of a much larger work to be unveiled later this year. The new LP will come with a free digital download and a companion DVD containing a silent film that should be played simultaneously with the record.
Only 200 hand-printed copies of Looking At The Ground
are currently available, but the songs appearing on the 7-inch can be heard on the Dada Trash Collage website
along with the single Layers Of Ice
No word on a release date for the proposed LP, but if you're still itching for more Dada goodness, feel free to check him out on tour. The avant-pop artist just announced several East Coast dates with the Seattle-based Jabon (Just a bunch of noise). Examine the summer schedule and start mapping out your road trip.
