Bon Iver add second Orpheum Theatre date

​Tickets haven't even gone on sale yet, but the Orpheum Theatre has already decided to tack on another Bon Iver show this September. The band, whose buzz has reached critical mass this week with the release of their second album, Bon Iver, Bon Iver, and tour of the late-night TV circuit, will now play the Orpheum on both September 6 and 7.

Tickets for both Orpheum shows go on sale tomorrow, June 24, at noon and cost $37.50. Canadian singer-songwriter Kathleen Edwards (who also happens to be Justin Vernon's girlfriend) will open both nights.

A few other Bon Iver items of note popping this week:

--Critics agree that Bon Iver is a bearded, beardy beardo. At least according to this list of adjectives from six Bon Iver reviews compiled by the Awl.
