Though the Mall of America may be boasting the
largest indoor "indie" music festival this weekend, the best bet for Gimme Noise readers looking to get into some air conditioning and in front of some real live independent music is this weekend's Crush Fest at Cause. Headlined and organized by Dream Crusher (which features members of Me and My Arrow, Fort Wilson Riot, St. Villian and Nyteowl), the two-day fest also features the return of dissonant post-punk band Kill to Kill, a set by moody synth-rockers Night Moves, and an enticing "unannounced special guests" slot toward the end of Sunday night.
See below for the full lineup and set times.
