It's been a rainy start to our summer so far, but that hasn't stopped Twin Cities fans from busting out their ponchos and going outdoors to take in live music. Between Rock the Garden, Soundset, the Warped Tour, and shows at the Minnesota Zoo's amphitheater, concertgoers have had plenty of chances to unwind under the setting sun (or drizzling clouds) this season. What follows are some of our staff's favorite shots, taken both outside and in the clubs, from this summer's first concerts.

Notice how the Motley Crue photo is blurred out. 

Sucks those guys smoked all their money away and couldn't retire in peace.  Don't get me wrong, I loved MC when I was 15, who didn't?  Vince doesn't even have the lungs to sing the songs anymore, much less the voice.
