Always one of the more low-key and eclectic outdoor festivals of the year, this year's Concrete and Grass festival in Mears Park will feature a solo acoustic performance by Soul Asylum's Dave Pirner, appearances by the Minnesota Opera and St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, and a Saturday night closing set by New York City-based songwriter Freedy Johnston.
