Tapes 'n Tapes and Howler announce homecoming show at the Turf

​Tapes 'n Tapes are hitting the road next week for a month-long tour that will find them circling the U.S. with buzzy U.K. blog darlings (and Twin Cities natives) Howler. Rather than throwing a tour kick-off show in Minneapolis, the bands will treat Twin Cities audiences to what should be some tight, road-tested sets at the Turf Club on October 16, the last date of their tour.

We've also been told that this will be Tapes 'n Tapes' "last show for a really long time," so it'll give fans who missed their State Fair shows last weekend another shot to see the group before they take a break.

Gimme Noise is excited to be a sponsor for this show along with Radio K, which means that you can bet your bottom dollar that we'll be doing some ticket giveaways leading up to the show.
