Fans of poetic and thought-provoking rappers like Kristoff Krane, No Bird Sing, and Astronautalis will find lots to love in the new single from DIY hip-hop artist Ecid, "Werewolf Hologram," which is also the title track off his forthcoming full-length record. Ecid dropped the video for his dark and delirious new song last week, and we are excited to be the first to report the full details for his new record and his album release show.

Werewolf Hologram, which features contributions from David Mars, LEIF Kolt, Awol One, Kristoff Krane, and the late Eyedea, will be celebrated at a CD-release show on Friday, March 2 at the Triple Rock Social Club, with support from opening acts Krane, Awol, Mars, and Carnage (18+/$8 advance/$10 door).

Watch the video for the first single here:

Hooray, more crap! Why do rappers put ALL of their studio material on an album? No rap album has 16 good songs. No rapper even has 16 good (or different) songs....
