The group recently swelled to a trio, with the addition of guitarist/vocalist Jess Abbott to the original line-up of Cacie Dalager (guitar/vocals) and Brad Hale (drums/synth). After Abbott relocated from Maine to the Twin Cities to begin writing and playing with the band full-time, they set off this past summer to record their new record in Vacouver, BC with renowned producer Howard Redekopp (Tegan and Sara, New Pornographers, An Horse).

Now, Now plan to tour Threads extensively in 2012, including a stop at SXSW, where they originally bonded with Walla during last year's festival. The band is quite proud of their new record, and can't wait to share these songs with their fans. Hopefully, they won't wait too long to bring their new lineup and live show back to the Twin Cities to let us all hear how far they have come as a band, and where they are heading in the future.
