The Current reveals lineup for their 7th birthday party

Not only does the Current regularly spin some of the best music on the national airwaves, but they clearly know how to throw one hell of a party. As the station gets ready to celebrate their 7th Birthday, they have upped the ante quite a bit for their annual soiree. This time, they will be taking over the Mainroom at First Avenue for two consecutive nights filled with great local music on January 27 and 28.

Today, they are gradually revealing the bands that will be rocking their party each hour throughout the day, as well as providing ticketing information to MPR members and the general public. From the looks of things, it's going to be another grand celebration of a radio station that continues to celebrate and champion local music. Here's a list of the acts announced:
