Monday evening's Jane's Addiction show at Minneapolis' new Warehouse District venue the Brick was marred by a ton of problems for those who attended. Social networks exploded Tuesday with angry comments from legions of fans who couldn't see the stage, couldn't get to the bathroom, and who were stuck out in the rain. Now, the management at the new AEG Live venue are in the process of putting the pieces back together in a better fashion. With sold-out shows featuring Incubus and the Shins approaching, this is a must. In a couple of Facebook posts, the Brick says it welcomes the "good, the bad and the ugly" feedback, and asserts that changes are in the works. Read below.
First, a Facebook posting yesterday:

We appreciate all the feedback: the good, the bad and the ugly. We are listening to you, Twin Cities. We are taking every phone call, email, Facebook and Twitter post to heart and are already working on changes. There were legitimate concerns identified on opening night, from sightlines to long lines and more. We are working hard to make things right for those of you who attended not only this show, but have tickets to upcoming shows. For those who have yet to visit The Brick, our team's top priority is making the necessary changes so your first experience here is top-notch. We will not rest until these issues are resolved, and as soon as we have the details ready, you all will be the first to hear them.We sent a few questions over to AEG about these issues, and we'll update you when we get a response.
