Lovely Dark hit Hell's Kitchen for eggplant parmesan

Two of the lovelies in area percussive folk-rock troupe Lovely Dark recently showed up at Hell's Kitchen, the site of this weekend's album release show, to sample the goods for a new episode of the restaurant's In the Kitchen series. In the clip, husband and wife duo Travis and Sonia Even get a chance to discuss their latest venture, Territories, and try not to burn their tongues on some hot eggplant parmesan sandwiches.

"Everyone in the band plays in a lot of different groups with different sounds," Travis tells host (and the restaurant's Chef d'Cuisine) Joseph Wuestenhagen. "So we just threw it all together, and this is what came out."
