Bruce Springsteen extends Wrecking Ball tour dates -- St. Paul added

While Bruce Springsteen might have dealt with London officials cutting his mic during a performance with Paul McCartney earlier this month, you can bet that this new batch of North American gigs will go a long as they need to go. Just announced today, the Boss is extending his tour until early December -- and this includes a stop in St. Paul.

The trek is in support of his latest album, Wrecking Ball, which jumped into public consciousness at the Grammys earlier this year when he performed the new political anthem "We Take Care of Our Own." Not so far removed from a strong showing at Super Bowl XLIII, Springsteen is still a stadium giant from Jersey who bleeds that heartland blood.

For those who are impatient about waiting until November 11 to see Bruce at the Xcel Energy Center, here's a thought: Read David Remnick's 15,000 words on the man that were recently featured in the New Yorker. You'll be reminded that despite possessing "an ass finely sausaged into a pair of alarmingly tight black jeans," the Boss had suicidal thoughts.

Er, anyhow, here are the dates!
