Lady Gaga plots Born This Way Ball 2013 tour -- St. Paul in February

Even if Lady Gaga isn't super pleased with Target, she isn't going to take it out on Minnesota. The pop queen has just unveiled extensive tour plans for the North American run of the Born This Way Ball, and they begin in early 2013.

Included on that itinerary is a stop at the Xcel Energy Center in February, which is where she last performed in the area back in 2010. That visit included a stop at Turf Club, and inspired a flash mob, so who knows what's coming?!

The shows should feature material from her forthcoming album, ARTPOP, due next year. And knowing Gaga, this is bound to be a night filled with spectacle. I caught her last year in Florida, and was completely won over.
