Raekwon tops Twin Cities Sneaker.Art Exchange in November

Nostalgia is never far away when hip-hop is the topic, and so it's worth mentioning that Raekwon's 1995 solo debut Only Built for Cuban Linx... just got a fat reissue that includes new copies of "The Purple Tape" they used to promote it back in the day.

Raekwon is the entertainer for the Official Twin Cities Sneaker.Art Exchange After-Party, presented by Uptown urban apparel outfitter Studiiyo23, which runs from 9 p.m. to midnight on November 4 in the First Avenue Mainroom.
Earlier in the day, the TCS.AX sneaker enthusiasts can gather at First Ave. between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. for a day of trading, admiring, and snacking. Music during this portion will be provided by Audio Perm, DJ Advance, and DJ Enferno.
