The Best Love is Free 4 announces lineup

The fourth year of the Best Love is Free celebration has been slated for Saturday, February 9, 2013. Submissions are now closed, so now the anticipation builds as the crew sifts through a load of local material to string together the fourth compilation.

What we know for sure is that Doomtree rapper Cecil Otter is atop the list of performers for the event, hosted by Botzy of Culture Cry Wolf at the Fine Line Music Cafe.
