Prof wants your beats for King Gampo follow-up album
Enterprising hip-hop producers, you have the power to decide where Prof's sound heads next. The Minneapolis rapper, who has employed jazz samples, EDM explosions, and trap rap in the past is looking for some fresh beats to build up his next album, the proper follow-up to 2011's King Gampo. He's in the studio now, so hit him up!

Ten gorgeous GIFs of Prof at First Avenue
Based on conversations Gimme Noise had with Prof's manager Mike Campbell and Prof himself for the recent City Pages cover story, the plan is to gather material for a new full-length this winter or possibly the spring of 2014. In the mean time, there could be a new EP consisting of 3-5 songs left over from the King Gampo and Kaiser Von Powderhorn 3 sessions. Prof will be in the studio for the next several months as he recovers from his recent knee surgery, which came right after his two sold-out shows at First Avenue.
PROF has just begun recording for his next record. There's one problem though, HE NEEDS BEATS. Stophouse is requesting that all producers interested send 3 pieces of their best work to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "PROF BEATS". Please submit before June 1st in order to be considered.
If your beat is selected, Stophouse will contact you with more information.
Will it be you, or you, or you, or you...
