I liked this more than most, but then again I'm a sucker for rock, drugs, and beautiful naked artist fuck-ups lounging around Victorian mansions. Killer soundtrack, too, especially The Small Faces' "Lazy Sunday" and Haley Glennie Smith's "Love In Vain" and "Come On In My Kitchen."*+*+*

What a gas. Much love to Karl, Polly, Katie, and all. I was drunk and giddy with my camera at last night's Sound Unseen First Avenue: Hay Day opening gala at the Riverview and after-party at the Hexagon. Encore, please. Enjoy:

*Best seen with two 11-year-old boys, chagrined at you "laughing so hard everyone in the theater could hear you, Dad."
