New Orleans Saints setting up operations in San Antonio

Len Pasquarelli at ESPN.com is reporting the New Orleans Saints will set up shop in San Antonio, but no official site for "home games" has yet been chosen. Mike Abington, director of the Alamodome, was checking on the facility's available dates, in the event the Saints need to play there. Reliant Stadium in Houston and the stadium on the LSU campus in Baton Rouge are other options. Doug Thornton, a regional vice president for the company that manages the Superdome, told New Orleans mayor Ray Nagin it will be "very, very difficult" for the Saints to play home games there this season.
