Manny Gamburyan gets award for cheapest shot in MMA

1) Pretend like you're going to show good sportsmanship with the traditional fist bump.
2) Kick your defenseless opponent in the chest with an awkward heel kick.
3) If at all possible, be 5' 5" while doing so.

This was from the untelevised undercard of the recent UFC Fight Night, which was, top to bottom, an exciting event to watch. Seeing Minnesota's own Tommy Speers "knocked back into fifth grade" as one commentator put it was a stark reminder of just how brutal the sport of MMA can be. Florian and Lauzon showed the more artful jiu-jitsu of the sport.

And you can't complain about the price.
