Lynx.jpg
Last week the Twins held an event to fight homelessness. This weekend the Lynx get in on the charitable event thing with a fundraiser for breast cancer research.

The benefit, held this Saturday at the Target Center from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., will feature carnival games such as plinko, bean bag tosses, and mini golf with stands run by Lynx players and coaches. Other activities include snacks like corndogs and cotton candy, as well as a silent auction. All proceeds will benefit cancer research and Jean Stankoski Scholarship Fund, which provides financial assistance to those affected by the disease.

Tickets are $35 and include a ticket to the Lynx vs. L.A. on the 27th. For more information visit www.wnba.com/lynx/gopink or call 612.673.8389.
